I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) competitor, wellness advocate, veteran advocate, and artificial intelligence enthusiast. I blend my diverse experiences to foster personal and professional growth. With a BS in Health and Physical Education from Cameron University and both a BS and MS in Public Policy from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL), I’ve developed a deep understanding of health, wellness, and public systems.
My journey in BJJ, which includes numerous medals and a third-place finish at the IBJJF World Master, reflects my commitment to discipline, mental resilience, and physical health. As a veteran advocate and volunteer, I am dedicated to supporting those who have served our country and offering guidance to help them thrive in civilian life.
I am pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence in Business at Maryville University. My goal is to merge my passion for AI with my commitment to wellness, exploring how technology can drive innovation in business while enhancing overall well-being. Through this platform, I share my insights, practical tips, and experiences to inspire others to excel in both their personal and professional lives.
